BIPOC+ Youth

We at C3 acknowledge that BIPOC+ is an imperfect term for categorizing resources, but we offer this partial list of specific scholarships and educational assistance for youth who may identify under this umbrella term. In addition to financial resources, we have gathered some cultural based groups who can offer support to students and their families.

Based in Bend, this group of Black parents works to ensure equal opportunities for Black students through leadership, advocacy and youth education.
