Formerly Incarcerated Youth

Youth who have been incarcerated, whether in juvenile or adult facilities, face special challenges in gaining training and education.  We at C3 have gathered this list of support groups, training, and other resources to assist in the transition towards a career.

Those who are in the greater Portland area can visit the SE Works site or visit the center located at 8044 SE Harold St where the NewStart Reentry Resource Center is located.
