C3 and Team acknowledge the journey and challenges youth may face. This platform is dedicated to providing resources, information, and a sense of community, to empower those towards independence and success. Also, C3 would like to thank the Department of Human Services for the 2023 Grant Award enabling C3 Team members and Foster Youth to work together on an Advisory Team on Career College Readiness needs.

SAT Fee waiver

Eligibility for SAT fee waiver includes status as a ward of the state, foster youth, and other financial situations.

ACT Fee Waiver

Information about fee waiver for taking the ACT, free preparatory materials, and waivers for collage application fees.

About iFoster
iFoster is a national non-profit serving children and youth who are living outside of their biological homes. iFoster’s mission is to ensure these children have the resources and opportunities they need to become successful, independent adults and reach their full potential.
